Horrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Company!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. They sent me broken items, which was the first red flag. After contacting customer service to resolve the issue, the experience only got worse. Not only was their customer service unhelpful and rude, but they completely ignored my concerns and failed to offer a solution.
To make matters worse, they also sent me items that were missing from my order. It feels like they were intentionally trying to cheat me. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but they either don’t respond or give me empty promises with no follow-up.
This company is a complete scam – they clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction or standing behind their products. I will never be ordering from them again and would strongly advise anyone to avoid them. They are dishonest and unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and frustration!

This gentleman is making false accusations, specifically because I was threatened for not giving him a gift. In 2024, this gentleman bought products in our store, some goods were damaged, he found me at the first time, and I actively cooperated with him. We bear the international freight and re-delivery, but this freight company was found by this gentleman himself, and I have explained before that we will not be responsible if the goods are damaged. We need to contact the forwarder directly, and he refused to admit that my goods were in good condition, which made us very angry. I sent him the photos of the goods before the goods were delivered, and I will put the stickers below. As for the missing hubcaps, we sent them normally according to the contract. But malicious slander is unacceptable to us
